As you’d likely expect, SEC Football is once again expected to see multiple names selected within the Top 10 overall picks in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft. When looking for which names will be selected within the Top 10, why not make some predictions on who might hear their name called early on Thursday night?

Which players from SEC Football will be selected within the Top 10 picks of the 2022 NFL Draft?

DL Travon Walker – Georgia

Walker is certainly a lock to go within the top five picks overall, as well as squarely in the conversation for the No. 1 overall pick alongside Michigan’s Aidan Hutchinson. The versatile Georgia defensive lineman could easily go No. 1 to the Jaguars, with the Lions at No. 2 also a fit should Jacksonville look elsewhere.

OT Evan Neal – Alabama

Similar to Walker, it certainly feels like Neal is also a lock to be selected within the top five picks, as well as a potential dark horse to go No. 1 overall. As for the likeliest landing spot, the Texans at No. 3 are a team that makes sense for Neal.

OT Charles Cross – Mississippi State

You could certainly make an argument that Cross is right up there or just behind Neal when it comes to the top offensive tackle in this draft. Cross could come off the board very soon after Neal as well, with the Giants at No. 5 or Panthers at No. 6 as potential landing spots.

CB Derek Stingley Jr – LSU

If you were to make an argument for one more name from SEC Football that will go within the Top 10, Stingley is your guy. The talented LSU cornerback will likely be selected in the bottom half of the Top 10, with the Seahawks at No. 9 as an intriguing possibility.

In addition to those four, here is a list of names that could all potentially be selected within the first round: Jameson Williams, Jordan Davis, Kenyon Green, Devonte Wyatt, Treylon Burks, Nakobe Dean, Matt Corral, Kaiir Elam, Lewis Cine
