With the 2022 NFL Draft now having officially concluded, why not take a way-too-early look ahead to the 2023 NFL Draft? Here are predictions on a few names from SEC Football that could be among the top 10-15 picks in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Predicting SEC Football’s way-too-early top 2023 NFL Draft picks

Bryce Young

Alabama has two locks to go within the top five overall picks in the 2023 NFL Draft, both of which would’ve likely gone top five this year. The first of those two is 2021 Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young, who will be in the conversation for the No. 1 overall pick alongside Ohio State quarterback CJ Stroud.

Will Anderson Jr

While Young and Stroud will likely garner a significant amount of attention when it comes to the No. 1 overall pick, Anderson might actually be the most coveted prospect in the entire 2023 NFL Draft. An elite pass rusher, there are few defensive players, if any, across college football who can truly takeover a game more than Anderson.

Kelee Ringo

Similar to Alabama, Georgia could very well have two players selected within the top 10 picks in the 2023 NFL Draft. Ringo could be the first of those two selections, with the Bulldogs cornerback likely in (if not leading) the conversation for the top cornerback in the entire draft.

Jalen Carter

The second of those two Georgia players, Carter is yet another name that will likely go in the first round from that dominant Bulldogs front seven this past season. One of the top interior defensive linemen in the 2023 NFL Draft, don’t be surprised if Carter goes within the top 10 next year.

Kayshon Boutte

The NFL Draft will likely once again have a deep wide receiver class in 2023, with Boutte as arguably the top name from the SEC. The LSU wideout will likely be in the conversation for the No. 1 overall receiver in the draft, as well as a likely candidate to go anywhere in the top 15 picks.

In addition to those five, here are a few other names that could very-easily go within the top 20 picks in the 2023 NFL Draft: Nolan Smith, Eli Ricks, BJ Ojulari, Jalen Catalon
