Moses Moody – Golden State Warriors

Moses Moody is a rookie wing for the Warriors out of Arkansas who has begun to gain their trust throughout the playoffs.

In the Western Conference Semifinals against the Memphis Grizzlies, Moody didn’t play (Coach’s Decision) in four of the six games.

But in the Conference Finals against the Dallas Mavericks, he played in all five games.

Moody has played in a total of nine games in the playoffs.

And it looks like they will use him sparingly on the defensive end against Jayson Tatum or Jaylen Brown.

In 2 games versus Boston in the regular season, Moody averaged 9.5 minutes per game and scored 2.5 points per game.

In his limited game action, he has shot better in the playoffs than he did in the regular season.

In the regular season he shot 43.7% from the field and 36.4% from three-point range.

And in the postseason he has shot 51.9% from the field and 53.8% from the three.

With that improved shooting and his 6-foot-6-inch frame that will allow him to matchup against Jaylen Brown, we could see Moody more in the Finals.

Especially if Andrew Wiggins or Klay Thompson get into foul trouble early and depending on if Gary Payton II is able to come back.
