Kentucky Wildcats

June Commits

  • 5-star PG Robert Dillingham

The most-notable SEC Basketball commit during the month of June came from five-star point guard Robert Dillingham announcing his commitment to Kentucky, the Wildcats second five-star prospect in their 2023 class joining in-state guard Reed Sheppard.

A Top 15 national player, Dillingham is squarely in the conversation for the top point guard in the entire 2023 class, if not the leader in that conversation. A native of North Carolina who was a one-time NC State commit, Dillingham currently attends Donda Academy in California where he is considered as the state’s top player.

The five-star is likely set to be one of Kentucky’s lead guards during the 2023-24 season as a freshman, as well as one of the top players at the position in the SEC. One half of a Kentucky recruiting class that it also currently tops in the SEC, as well as third nationally, the Wildcats you could certainly say are SEC Basketball’s biggest recruiting winner during the month of June with the addition of Dillingham.
