Tennessee Volunteers – Nicholaus Iamaleava

The lone will-be true freshman to make this list, Iamaleava you could potentially make the argument is the Volunteers starting quarterback from day one in 2023. One of the nation’s top overall players in the 2023 class, the five-star is the highest-rated quarterback to ever commit to Tennessee, and should be the favorite to replace Hendon Hooker next season.

Texas A&M Aggies – Conner Weigman

The Aggies still likely don’t know who their starting quarterback will be for the 2022 season, as the competition between LSU transfer Max Johnson, Haynes King, and Weigman is still to be decided entering the fall. However, even if Weigman doesn’t win the starting job as a freshman, it feels like the five-star could be the potential starter at some point in the future for the Aggies, potentially as early as 2023.

Vanderbilt Commodores – Mike Wright

Assuming he returns for his senior season in Nashville, Wright could be one of SEC Football’s more experienced quarterbacks in 2023. The Commodores starting quarterback this fall, it feels likely that Wright will remain Vanderbilt’s starter in 2023, with Ken Seals and AJ Swann both potentially names to know as well.
