After transferring from Penn State prior to last season, Will Levis enjoyed a strong 2021 campaign at the helm of the Kentucky Football offense. As the senior now returns to lead the Wildcats once again in 2022, what does the season have in store for Levis, as well as the other names in the Kentucky quarterback room?

Will Levis

As mentioned previously, Levis returns for his second season in Lexington this fall, cemented as the Wildcats starter at quarterback.

Transferring from Penn State last offseason, Levis enjoyed a strong season a year ago, throwing for 2,826 yards with a 24:13 TD:INT, along with a notable 66 CMP%. A dual-threat quarterback, Levis also enjoyed success on the ground for the Wildcats as well, rushing for a combined 376 yards and nine touchdowns on 107 attempts.

Now entering his senior season, all eyes will be on Levis in 2022 to see if he can build off his success from a year ago. Based on the returning production around him, combined with impact transfer additions such as wide receiver Tayvion Robinson as well, Levis could very well take another step in 2022.

Overall, expect yet another strong season from Levis in 2022 at the helm of the Kentucky offense, with the senior not only set to post similar passing totals to a year ago, but also to cut down on the number of turnovers in particular.
