Arkansas Football is an SEC team with a notable amount of hype entering the 2022 season, in part due to the returning names on the roster, as well as their multiple impact transfer additions. When looking at the Razorbacks roster overall, who are some names that could be set to potentially breakout in a big way this season? (NOTE: True freshman were not factored into this list)

3 Arkansas Football players set to breakout during 2022 season

Drew Sanders

2021 Stats: 24 tackles, 2.5 TFL, 1 sack, 2 PD

Sanders, a former five-star prospect, spent the first two seasons of his collegiate career at Alabama before transferring to Arkansas during the offseason. Part of a loaded Crimson Tide outside linebacker group, Sanders is now potentially set to start from day one with the Razorbacks at linebacker, and should be set for a massive 2022 season in Fayetteville.

Landon Jackson

2021 Stats: NA

Another offseason transfer addition for the Razorbacks, Jackson comes to Arkansas from LSU where the former four-star appeared in five games a year ago on special teams, not recording any stats during that span. Among the nation’s top edge rushers in the 2021 class, Jackson should play a key role along the Razorbacks defensive line this season, one that could lead to a breakout 2022 campaign for the sophomore.

Ketron Jackson Jr

2021 Stats: 5 receptions, 97 yards, 1 TD

Jackson came to Arkansas a year ago as one of the top names in the Razorbacks 2021 class, and would go on to catch a total of five passes during his freshman season. Looking ahead to this season, the sophomore could begin the year as a starter at wide receiver for the Razorbacks this fall, and could be set for a big breakout 2022 campaign.

In addition to those three, here are a few additional breakout candidates to watch for this season for Arkansas Football:
