CJ Washington

The second of those names from the Bulldogs 2022 class is that of Washington, a four-star prospect.

Washington comes to Athens out of in-state Cedartown High School where he was one of the top two-way players in the state a year ago. The true freshman is likely to play a depth role at inside linebacker for the Bulldogs this season, as well as a potential role on special teams.

EJ Lightsey

The third linebacker in the Bulldogs 2022 class, Lightsey is likely the final name to know in Georgia’s inside linebacker room this season.
