Who is the sleeper team in the SEC?
A team that could either be a dark horse to win the SEC Football championship, or even just do better than most people expect in 2022, who do we think is the sleeper team in the conference this season?
Matt Melton – Tennessee
Yes, the Tennessee Volunteers have not had a 10-win season since back in 2007. However, based on the amount of returning talent, combined with experience at key positions such as quarterback, Tennessee could easily approach, if not equal, that win total this season as one of the teams in the mix atop the SEC East.
Patrick Previty – LSU
Brian Kelly is one of the best coaches in the nation, and despite the cringe he has made college football fans suffer from, he has what it takes to lead LSU.
