6. Texas A&M Aggies

Previous Ranking: 6

After being upset in week two by Appalachian State, Texas A&M got back in the win column last Saturday as the Aggies upset Miami 17-9 in a Top 25 showdown in College Station. The first start in a Texas A&M uniform for quarterback Max Johnson, the LSU transfer would complete 10-of-20 passes for 140 yards and a touchdown, with the Aggies offense in total compiling only 264 yards of total offense.

Texas A&M will remain in the state of Texas during week four as well, with the Aggies traveling to Arlington for their SEC Football opener against Arkansas. Can the Aggies avenge last season’s loss to the Razorbacks on Saturday?

5. Tennessee Volunteers

Previous Ranking: 5

Tennessee cruised to a home win over Akron last Saturday, defeating the Zips by a final of 63-6. A game in which the Volunteers were massive favorites, Tennessee certainly impressed in the contest, especially on offense where they compiled 676 total yards to Akron’s 276.

Next up for Tennessee is a far tougher challenge as the Volunteers will open SEC Football play by hosting Florida in one of the conference’s biggest games of the week. With this game being played in Knoxville, the Volunteers will likely be favored over the Gators going into Saturday.
