September Commits:

  • 4-star WR Adam Hopkins
  • 3-star DL Jamarrion Harkless
  • 3-star OL Gernorris Wilson

There were two teams who landed an SEC-high three commitments during September, with the second member of that group being Auburn. Of those three names, the biggest is undoubtedly that of Adam Hopkins, a four-star wide receiver out of Thomas County Central High School in Georgia.

Currently Auburn’s second-highest rated recruit in their 2023 class, Hopkins combines with fellow four-star Daquayvious Sorey to compose an impressive wide receiver duo in the Tigers class. Similar to Sorey as well, Hopkins will have a strong chance to make an impact for Auburn next season at the wide receiver position.

The Tigers also added commitments from two linemen during the month of September, both of which are rated as three-star prospects. Jamarrion Harkless is Auburn’s third 2023 defensive line commit, while Gernorris Wilson is the Tigers second along the offensive line.
