12. Missouri Tigers

Previous Ranking: 12

Coming off a bye week, Missouri remains in the No. 12 spot in this week’s update, with the Tigers returning to play this Saturday against Vanderbilt looking for their first conference win of the season. Playing on their home field, Missouri will likely be favored going into this contest, even despite having lost three straight.

11. Florida Gators

Previous Ranking: 8

One of the biggest teams to fall in this week’s update, Florida drops three spots to No. 11 after their two-game winning streak was snapped at home last Saturday night, falling to LSU by a final of 45-35. The Gators, despite making the game interesting late, were outgained 528-395 in total yardage, and would be outscored across the second and third quarters a combined 35-7.

The Gators now enter their bye week with a 4-3 overall record, as well as a 1-3 mark in SEC Football play. Florida will return to action in week nine against rival Georgia in Jacksonville, a neutral-site game in which the Gators will likely be a multiple touchdown underdog.
