10. Arkansas Razorbacks

Previous Ranking: 9

The Razorbacks are also coming off a bye week, with Arkansas dropping a spot entering their week nine road matchup against Auburn. The Razorbacks, even on the road, will likely be the favorites, and should they play similar to their most recent BYU game, should leave Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday with a win.

9. Texas A&M Aggies

Previous Ranking: 7

Dropping two spots in this week’s update, Texas A&M falls to No. 9 after being defeated on the road at South Carolina by a final of 30-24. The Aggies third consecutive loss, Texas A&M fell behind 17-0 early in the first quarter, and were unable to reclaim the lead, even despite the game being a one possession contest entering the fourth.

As mentioned previously, Texas A&M has now dropped three straight road games, with the Aggies now set to return home this Saturday night for a showdown with Ole Miss. While likely not the favorite, this is a game where Texas A&M could potentially upset the Rebels, but they will likely have to match points with Ole Miss on the scoreboard to do that.
