SEC Football: LSU, Florida rise in Week 11 2022 power rankings
By Matt Melton
6. Kentucky Wildcats
Previous Ranking: 6
Kentucky remains at the No. 6 spot coming off their 21-17 road win at Missouri last Saturday. A game in which the Wildcats actually trailed in the fourth quarter, Kentucky used a late Will Levis to Dane Key touchdown pass to take the lead with 5:18 remaining, a lead they would never relinquish.
Having played two straight road games, Kentucky will return home in Week 11 for a home contest with Vanderbilt, a game in which the Wildcats will be a big favorite. This is a game that Kentucky should certainly win as well, setting up a big home matchup with Georgia in Week 12.
5. Ole Miss Rebels
Previous Ranking: 5
Ole Miss did not play this past Saturday due to a bye week, with the Rebels remaining at No. 5 as a result. The Rebels will now host one of SEC Football’s biggest games this Saturday as Ole Miss will welcome Alabama to Oxford in a game in which the Crimson Tide are likely a road favorite.
