WR Theo Wease – Missouri Tigers
Wease, who is a former five-star prospect in the 2019 class, is likely the biggest name to transfer into SEC football so far this offseason, coming to Missouri from Oklahoma. Across the past four seasons with the Sooners, Wease had a combined 64 receptions for 1,044 yards and 10 touchdowns.

One of the SEC’s more experienced transfer portal additions so far this offseason has come from Ole Miss, who landed Jean-Baptiste from UCF, a player who should make an immediate impact defensively in Oxford next season. Across four seasons at UCF, Jean-Baptiste had a combined 152 tackles, 14 TFL, and two sacks for the Knights defense.
WR Andrew Armstrong – Arkansas Razorbacks
Armstrong is also a notable wide receiver transfer in the SEC, coming to Arkansas from Texas A&M-Commerce. During the 2022 season, Armstrong had 62 receptions for 1,020 yards and 13 touchdowns for the Lions, and should make an immediate impact in Fayetteville.
DB JQ Hardaway – Kentucky Wildcats
A former four-star prospect in the 2022 class, Hardaway announced his transfer to Kentucky after just one season at Cincinnati. Hardaway, who could make an impact in the Wildcats secondary next season, had seven tackles, two TFL, and a sack for the Bearcats defense as a freshman.
DB Khamauri Rogers – Mississippi State Bulldogs
Rogers was also a four-star prospect in the 2022 class out of the state of Mississippi, one who saw a limited amount of action this past season as a freshman at Miami. Rogers is a name to watch for as a potential breakout candidate in the Mississippi State secondary in 2023.
