With the 2022 Early Signing Period having now officially come and gone, which SEC football teams were among the biggest winners on the recruiting trail from Wednesday-Friday? (NOTE: This does not include transfers – rankings courtesy of the 247Sports Composite)

3 biggest SEC football winners of 2022 Early Signing Period

3. Auburn Tigers

Early Signing Period Additions:

  • 4-star DL Keldric Faulk
  • 4-star CB Kayin Lee

We begin here with Auburn as a notable winner during the 2022 Early Signing Period, with the Tigers adding two commitments to their 2023 class Wednesday, both of which were flips. This is also in addition to being one of SEC football’s most active teams on the recruiting trail this month for new head coach Hugh Freeze and Co..

Arguably the biggest addition was that of Keldric Faulk, who flipped his commitment from Florida State after having been committed to the Seminoles since July. Faulk is a four-star defensive lineman out of in-state Highland Home High School, is now the highest-rated recruit in Auburn’s 2023 class.

Auburn also flipped Kayin Lee on Wednesday, who was a former Ohio State commit. Lee is rated as a four-star cornerback out of Cedar Grove High School in Georgia.
