Tennessee Volunteers

February Commits:

  • 4-star WR JJ Harrell
  • 4-star ATH Marcus Goree Jr.

The next noteworthy SEC football recruiting winner was Tennessee, as the Volunteers landed two commitments to their 2024 class. Aside from Auburn, Tennessee was the lone other SEC team to add multiple commitments during the month of February.

Of those two commitments, the biggest name was likely that of JJ Harrell, who committed to the Volunteers only a few days ago. Harrell is one of the top players in the state of Mississippi, rated as a four-star wide receiver out of North Panola High School.

The second of those two names was Marcus Goree Jr., who is an in-state product out of Bradley Central. Goree is rated as a four-star athlete, and becomes the third in-state prospect to commit to the Volunteers in the 2024 class.
