With the 2023 SEC Tournament only one day away from tipping off in Nashville, here are a few of the biggest headlines from across the conference that you need to know from Monday, featuring 2023 basketball awards being announced, the latest AP Poll, and more.

5 SEC teams ranked in latest college basketball AP Poll

There were five teams from the conference ranked in the latest college basketball AP Poll released Monday, which was led by regular season conference champion Alabama at No. 4. The other four teams were as follows: Tennessee (17), Texas A&M (18), Kentucky (23), and Missouri (25).

NFL reinstates Jacksonville Jaguars WR Calvin Ridley

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the NFL has reinstated Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Calvin Ridley. A former 2018 first round pick out of Alabama, Ridley had been previously suspended for the 2022 NFL season, and was traded to Jacksonville from the Atlanta Falcons back on November 1.

The latest college baseball Top 25 rankings from D1Baseball.com were released Monday, with nine SEC teams currently ranked. Those teams, and rankings, were as follows: LSU (1), Tennessee (3), Ole Miss (4), Florida (6), Vanderbilt (7), Arkansas (8), Texas A&M (15), Alabama (18), and South Carolina (20).
