12. Auburn Tigers

Previous Ranking: 12

Also remaining in their previous ranking is Auburn at No. 12, with the Tigers now sitting at 16-7-1 overall, as well as 2-4 in the SEC. Auburn originally began the week with a 6-5 home win over South Alabama on Tuesday, which was followed by the previously mentioned weekend series victory over Georgia, defeating the Bulldogs in games one and two by final scores of 7-6 and 6-3 before falling in game three, 24-7.

The Tigers will now return to action Tuesday night at home against North Alabama. Auburn will then travel this upcoming weekend for a tough SEC baseball road series in Gainesville against Florida.

11. Missouri Tigers

Previous Ranking: 11

The fourth consecutive team to remain in their previous ranking from last week is Missouri, as the Tigers remain at No. 11 now sitting at 17-6 overall, as well as 3-3 in the SEC. After sweeping last weekend’s home series against Tennessee, the Tigers opened this past week with an 8-3 win at Kansas on Tuesday, but would be swept at South Carolina during the weekend by final scores of 9-8, 8-1, and 5-4.

Missouri now has a pair of midweek matchups this week, which comes on Tuesday at Illinois, as well as at Lindenwood on Wednesday. The Tigers will then travel to Kentucky for a series this weekend.
