10. Alabama Crimson Tide

Previous Ranking: 9

Dropping a spot to No. 10 this week is Alabama, as the Crimson Tide now sit at 19-6 overall this season, as well as 2-4 in SEC play. The Crimson Tide originally began this past week with a 12-2 home win over UAB on Tuesday, but would drop games one and two against Kentucky this past weekend, 4-3 and 9-5, but would bounce back in game three with a 4-3 win.

Alabama will now return to action Tuesday night in Tuscaloosa as the Crimson Tide host Middle Tennessee State. The Crimson Tide will then travel to Fayetteville for a tough SEC baseball road weekend series against Arkansas.

9. Texas A&M Aggies

Previous Ranking: 8

Also dropping a spot this week is Texas A&M to No. 9 overall, with the Aggies now sitting at 15-9 overall, as well as 1-5 in SEC play. The Aggies would originally begin this past week with an 8-7 home win over Rice, but would be swept during the weekend at Tennessee, falling by final scores of 10-4, 8-7, and 9-6.

Texas A&M now enters one of SEC baseball’s top midweek matchups Tuesday night, as the Aggies are set to face Texas. The Aggies will then host Ole Miss this weekend from College Station.
