8. Kentucky Wildcats

Previous Ranking: 6

Dropping two spots to No. 8 this week is Kentucky, with the Wildcats now sitting at 27-5 overall, as well as 9-3 in SEC play. Originally beginning the week with a 13-6 home win over Dayton, the Wildcats would go on to win game one of their weekend series at Georgia, 7-4, but would drop both games two and three Sunday by final scores of 3-0 and 6-2, respectively.

Looking ahead, Kentucky now has arguably the most notable midweek matchup of any SEC team this Tuesday, as the Wildcats will travel to face in-state rival Louisville. The Wildcats will then travel to LSU this weekend for three games.

7. Texas A&M Aggies

Previous Ranking: 8

Texas A&M rises a spot up to No. 7 in our latest update, as the Aggies now sit at 20-12 overall, as well as 5-7 in conference play. Originally beginning the week with a 10-9 win over Texas State, the Aggies would then go on to win games one and three at Auburn by final scores of 9-5 and 12-6, as well as drop game two, 10-9.

The Aggies are now set to return to action Tuesday at home with a matchup against UTSA. Texas A&M will also host Missouri this weekend in SEC baseball action.
