Michigan transfer S R.J. Moten commits to Florida

Florida added a commitment Tuesday from R.J. Moten, a transfer safety from Michigan. Moten is a former four-star prospect from the 2020 class who has seen time with the Wolverines across the last two seasons, recording 31 tackles, 2.5 TFL, 1.5 sacks, and one INT a year ago.

Appalachian State transfer LB Jalen McLeod commits to Auburn

Auburn football landed a transfer commitment Tuesday from Jalen McLeod, a linebacker who joins the Tigers from Appalachian State. McLeod is coming off a season with the Mountaineers in which he had 41 tackles, 7.5 TFL, and six sacks, while also forcing two fumbles to rank fifth in the Sun Belt.

Auburn QB TJ Finley enters transfer portal

After two seasons on the Plains, Auburn quarterback TJ Finley entered the transfer portal Tuesday. A former LSU transfer, Finley appeared in 13 games across the past two seasons with the Tigers, completing 56.9% of his passes for 1,258 yards with a 7:5 TD:INT ratio, along with having rushed for two touchdowns.

North Texas transfer TE Var’Keyes Gumms decommits from Arkansas

After committing to Arkansas back on April 23, North Texas transfer tight end Var’Keyes Gumms decommitted from the Razorbacks on Tuesday. Gumms appeared in 14 games for North Texas a year ago, catching 34 passes for 458 yards and five touchdowns.

Middle Tennessee transfer G Eli Lawrence commits to Texas A&M

Texas A&M landed a basketball commitment via the transfer portal Tuesday from Eli Lawrence, who comes to College Station from Middle Tennessee. Lawrence started in 31-of-32 games at Middle Tennessee this past season, averaging 12.2 PPG, 4.1 RPG, and 1.1 SPG on 81.6% shooting from the free throw line to receive Second Team All-C-USA honors.
