3-star TE Colton Heinrich commits to Georgia

Georgia added the first tight end commitment of their top-ranked 2024 recruiting class Monday in Colton Heinrich. Heinrich is commit No. 14 for the Bulldogs so far this cycle, rated as a three-star tight end out of Cardinal Gibbons High School in Florida.

Notre Dame transfer LB Prince Kollie commits to Vanderbilt

Vanderbilt landed a noteworthy football commitment via the transfer portal Monday from Notre Dame linebacker Prince Kollie, who is a former four-star prospect from the 2021 class. Kollie is coming off a season in which he had 19 tackles, 2.5 TFL, and 1.5 sacks across 13 games with the Fighting Irish.

2023 SEC Baseball awards announced

Miami Marlins OF prospect Brady Allen traded to Detroit Tigers

A former fifth round pick by the Miami Marlins in the 2021 MLB Draft out of South Carolina, Brady Allen was traded to the Detroit Tigers on Monday. Allen had appeared in 37 games with High-A Beloit so far this season, slashing .256/.324/.440 with three HR and 18 RBI.

Alabama C Charles Bediako to remain in 2023 NBA Draft

According to ESPN’s Jeff Borzello, Alabama center Charles Bediako is planning to remain in the 2023 NBA Draft. Starting in all 37 games last season, Bediako was a key player for the Crimson Tide on both ends of the floor averaging 6.4 PPG, 6 RPG, and 1.8 BPG on 65.9% shooting from the field, while also being named SEC All-Defense and 2023 All-SEC Tournament.

3-star OT Marcus Harrison commits to Georgia

Georgia added a commitment to their 2024 class Tuesday in Marcus Harrison, who is an offensive tackle out of St. Francis (NY). Harrison is rated as a three-star prospect, and is one of New York’s top players.
