Oral Roberts transfer F Connor Vanover commits to Missouri
Missouri basketball landed a commitment Monday from Connor Vanover, who is transferring from Oral Roberts. Vanover started in all 34 games last season at Oral Roberts after having transferred from Arkansas, averaging 12.7 PPG, 7.2 RPG, and 3.2 BPG on 51.7% shooting from the field, along with 81.4% from the free throw line, to earn honors that included First Team All-Summit, Summit All-Defense, and Summit Defensive Player of the Year.
JUCO CB Chancellor Anthony commits to Auburn
Auburn landed a commitment to their 2023 recruiting class Sunday from Chancellor Anthony, who is commit No. 22 of the cycle for the Tigers. Anthony is a cornerback out of Tyler Junior College in Texas.
OLB Leonard Floyd signs with Buffalo Bills
Leonard Floyd, who is a former 2016 first round pick out of Georgia, signed with the Buffalo Bills on Monday. Floyd, a one-time Super Bowl champion, started in 17 games last season with the Los Angeles Rams, compiling 59 tackles, 10 TFL, and nine sacks.
2024 College Football Hall of Fame ballot announced
The ballot for the 2024 College Football Hall of Fame was officially announced Monday, with the SEC represented well up-and-down the list of candidates. Candidates who were listed with ties to the SEC are as follows:

Baltimore Orioles promote OF Heston Kjerstad to Triple-A Norfolk
The Baltimore Orioles promoted outfielder Heston Kjerstad to Triple-A Norfolk on Monday. A first round pick out of Arkansas from the 2020 MLB Draft, Kjerstad, who is the Orioles No. 4 prospect according to MLB Pipeline, has slashed .310/.384/.576 with 11 HR, 23 RBI, and three SB across 46 games this season with Double-A Bowie.
Mississippi State F DJ Jeffries returning for 2023-24 season
According to CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein, Mississippi State forward DJ Jeffries will be returning for the 2023-24 season. Jeffries started in all 34 games for the Bulldogs last season, averaging 8.8 PPG, 6.4 RPG, 1.8 APG, and 1.1 SPG.
