West Virginia transfer F Tre Mitchell commits to Kentucky
After entering the transfer portal a few days ago, West Virginia forward Tre Mitchell committed to Kentucky on Monday. Having also spent time at UMass and Texas prior to the 2022-23 season at West Virginia, Mitchell started in 32-of-34 games a year ago with the Mountaineers, averaging a total of 11.7 PPG, 5.5 RPG, and 1.8 APG on 36.4% shooting from three, as well as 78.9% from the free throw line.

4-star WR Jerrae Hawkins commits to Florida
Florida landed an in-state commitment Monday from Jerrae Hawkins, who attends IMG Academy. Hawkins is rated as a four-star wide receiver in the 2024 class.
2 SEC programs included in Top 3 for 4-star OT Michael Uini
Alabama and Georgia were the two SEC programs included in the top three for Michael Uini on Monday, with the duo also joined by Michigan. Uini, a four-star offensive tackle in the 2024 class out of Copperas Cove (TX), is also making a decision June 30.
2 SEC programs included in Top 7 for 3-star EDGE Solomon Williams
Alabama and Texas A&M were both included in the top seven for Solomon Williams on Monday, with the two programs also joined by Clemson, Ohio State, Oregon, Texas, and UCF. Williams is rated as a three-star edge-rusher in the 2024 class out of Carrollwood Day (FL).
4-star OT Weston Davis commits to Texas A&M
Texas A&M added a commitment to their 2024 class Monday from Weston Davis. Davis, a four-star offensive tackle, is an in-state product out of Beaumont United (TX).
