12. Missouri Tigers

The first of multiple SEC baseball programs beginning a new era in 2024 comes in here at No. 12 with Missouri, who will be entering year one under new head coach Kerrick Jackson next spring. As to what Jackson will inherit in year one, the Tigers are coming off a season in which they finished 30-24 overall, as well as 10-20 in SEC play, to miss the NCAA Tournament.

Looking at Missouri’s potential 2024 roster, the Tigers are likely set to lose Second Team All-SEC third baseman Luke Mann, along with a few others that potentially include Hank Zeisler, Chandler Murphy, and more. Set to return for Missouri however are multiple names that include the likes of Trevor Austin, Logan Lunceford, Dalton Bargo, and more.

11. Georgia Bulldogs

Another one of those previously mentioned SEC baseball programs beginning a new era in 2024 is Georgia, as the Bulldogs and new head coach Wes Johnson sit in the No. 11 spot. The Bulldogs are coming off a 2023 season in which they finished 29-27 overall, as well as 11-19 in SEC play, while also missing the NCAA Tournament.

As to what the Bulldogs will have to replace from this past season, Georgia is set to lose one of their top hitters in Connor Tate, along with others including SEC Co-Scholar-Athlete of the Year Ben Anderson, as well as some potential players to the MLB Draft. Headlining the Bulldogs 2024 roster will however be the 2023 SEC Freshman of the Year Charlie Condon, who hit 25 HR this past season, along with others such as Parks Harber, Fernando Gonzalez, and more.
