SEC Football: Who Will be at 2023 SEC Media Days?
The 2023 SEC Media Days are coming up next week (Monday, July 17th-Thursday, July 20th) in Nashville, TN at the Nashville Grand Hyatt. One of the most intriguing parts of the media days is seeing what players will represent each school. It can give a good glimpse into the leadership group of each team. Usually each coach takes three of the veteran leaders on the team. The lists of who the representatives will be have begun to roll out today, so here is a list of the 42 players who will be at this year’s SEC Media Days:

LSU, Missouri, and Texas A&M will open up the festivities on Monday. They will be followed on Tuesday by Auburn, Georgia, Mississippi State, and Vanderbilt. Then Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, and Kentucky will be on Wednesday. Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Tennessee will wrap things up on Thursday. Every team’s head coach will join the three players in speaking to the media.
There are four returning 2022 first team All-SEC selections (Brock Bowers, Quinshon Judkins, Kai Kroeger, and Kool-Aid McKinstry) who will represent their schools in Nashville. There will also be four returning 2022 second team selections appearing as well (Kool-Aid McKinstry (was a second team All-SEC returner as well), Raheim Sanders, Sedrick Van Pran, and Mekhi Wingo).
The position breakdown will see eleven defensive lineman (including EDGE rushers), six defensive backs, six offensive lineman, five quarterbacks, four running backs, three tight ends, three linebackers, three wide receivers, and one punter. Kicker is the only position that will not be represented in Nashville.
