11. Auburn

With new head coach Hugh Freeze bringing in one of the best transfer classes in the nation, the Auburn Tigers should be much improved from the debacle that was the 2022 season.

They will get to pad their stats against their out of conference schedule but the SEC West is a bloodbath that doesn’t give the Tigers much wiggle room.

LSU and Alabama both look like legit contenders for a College Football Playoff spot and Ole Miss, Arkansas, and Texas A&M still seem to be a cut above.

Not to mention having to play Georgia from the SEC East.

They will likely need to go 2-1 against Alabama, LSU, and Georgia to get a chance at high stakes postseason play so the odds are stacked against them.

But Auburn will look better than they did last season and that’s what matters for the Tigers currently.
