  1. Warren Brinson (Sr.)

  3. Christen Miller (R-Fr.)

NT

  1. Nazir Stackhouse (Sr.)
  2. Zion Logue (Sr.)
  3. Jonathan Jefferson (R-So.)
  4. Jamaal Jarrett (Fr.)

DE

  1. Mykel Williams (So.)
  2. Tramel Walthour (Sr.)
  3. Jordan Hall (Fr.)

Georgia returns just about all of their D-Line group outside of Jalen Carter (9th overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft) and Bear Alexander (transferred to USC). Mykel Williams and Nazir Stackhouse are preseason First Team All-SEC picks who headline this talented group. Warren Brinson and Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins will both see a lot of time at defensive tackle, but the veteran Brinson will likely start. Walthour and Logue are also both very talented, and both played a lot a year ago. That top six is a very strong group who will all rotate a good bit and play a lot.

Jonathan Jefferson and Christen Miller are youngsters who will look to carve out more PT this season than they did last year. Hall and Jarrett are both incoming freshmen with a lot of promise. Hall is a five-star and one of the top defensive lineman in the class. Jarrett is a four-star who has received comps to Jordan Davis because of his size (6’6, 340), but he’ll have to earn his way there first.

This unit is likely one of the strengths of Georgia football’s team.
