The Week 2 edition of the AP Poll was released on Tuesday (a day later than usual due to the expanded Week 1 schedule) with several SEC schools included once again. Once again this week, six SEC schools were included in the top 25 (the same six as last week). The SEC also again has three teams in the top 10, but there is a change amongst that group as LSU fell out of the top 10 and Tennessee moves in. Four other schools also received votes on at least one person’s ballot (10 of the conference’s 14 teams were included in at least one person’s ballot). The AP Poll consists of top 25 ballots from over 60 media professionals around the country. Point totals are given based on where a team is ranked in a specific poll (1st receives the most points, 2nd gets the 2nd most, so on and so forth). The AP Poll is then put together as the 25 teams with the most points ranked.

This article is meant to show you what each school’s highest and lowest spot on someone’s ballot was. This is usually something I love to look at when the ballots are released (“let me see who has X team really high and/or really low”). So, I looked through the grid of all the polls from the AP voters, and here are each SEC team’s highest and lowest spots on the AP Poll ballots.
