8. Texas A&M Aggies

Previous Ranking: 7

Dropping a spot from No. 7 to No. 8 this week is Texas A&M, as the Aggies fell at Miami by a final score of 48-33 on Saturday afternoon. A game in which the Aggies committed three turnovers, Texas A&M would trail 21-17 at halftime, but would go on to be outscored 27-16 across the final two quarters.

Texas A&M (1-1) will now return home in Week 3 for a matchup with UL Monroe.

7. Arkansas Razorbacks

Previous Ranking: 8

Rising a spot from No. 8 to No. 7 are the Arkansas Razorbacks, who jump as a result of their 28-6 win over Kent State. A game in which the Razorbacks would shut out the Golden Flashes 14-0 in the second half, Arkansas would also impress on the ground by accounting for 172 yards.

Now sitting at 2-0 on the season, Arkansas will host a big non-conference matchup in Week 3, as the Razorbacks welcome BYU to Fayetteville.
