12. Auburn Tigers
Previous Ranking: 11
Falling a spot from No. 11 to No. 12 this week is Auburn, as the Tigers suffered their first loss this season on the road Saturday at Texas A&M, 27-10. A game in which Auburn never led, the Tigers would amass only 200 yards of total offense, as well as only 56 passing yards against the Aggies.
Now sitting at 3-1 overall this season, as well as 0-1 in SEC play, Auburn will now return home for their toughest test yet of the Hugh Freeze era against top-ranked Georgia.
11. Missouri Tigers
Previous Ranking: 12
Rising a spot from No. 11 to No. 12 this week is Missouri, as the Tigers won their fourth-straight game Saturday with a 34-27 neutral-site win over Memphis. A game in which Missouri led 17-10 at halftime, the Tigers would rack up 542 yards of total offense, 201 of which came via the ground game.
Still undefeated at 4-0 overall, Missouri will officially begin SEC football play this Saturday on the road at Vanderbilt.
