After trailing 7-3 at the end of the first quarter, Alabama would outscore the Rebels a combined 21-3 across the game’s final three frames to secure the win, as well as 18-3 in the second half alone.

Now sitting at 3-1 overall, as well as 1-0 in the SEC, Alabama will travel for SEC football action this week, as the Crimson Tide take on Mississippi State in Starkville.

Concluding this week’s update is Georgia remaining at No. 1, as the Bulldogs picked up a 49-21 win over UAB at home. A game in which Georgia never trailed, the Bulldogs would carry a 28-14 lead into halftime of the contest, as well as amass an impressive 582 yards of total offense.
