10. Brady Cook (Missouri)

Previous Ranking: 10

If it weren’t for the shootout in Oxford, Cook would have stolen the show in Week 5 as Mizzou knocked off Vanderbilt 38-21. Cook had his best game of the year, going 33-of-41 through the air for 397 yards and 4 TD’s. Overall, Cook now has a 74.5% completion percentage (105/141 passing), 1,468 passing yards, 37 rushing yards, 14 total TD’s (11 passing, 3 rushing), and remains the only full-time starter to have yet to throw an interception.

Cook and Missouri have a chance for another statement win as they host Jayden Daniels and LSU at Noon Eastern this week.

9. Carson Beck (Georgia)

Previous Ranking: 9

After a slow start, Carson Beck played very well in the 2nd half as Georgia thwarted Auburn’s upset attempt 27-20. For the game, Beck was 23-of-33 through the air for 313 yards, 1 TD, and 1 INT. However, in the 2nd half, Beck went 16/20 through the air for 236 yards to help lead Georgia to victory. With that, Beck now has a 72% completion percentage (116/161 passing), 1,497 passing yards, 44 rushing yards, 9 total TD’s (7 passing, 2 rushing), and 2 INT’s for the season.

Georgia’s toughest test of the season will come this week as the Dawgs host Devin Leary and top-20 Kentucky at 7:00 pm Eastern.
