4. Ole Miss Rebels
Previous Ranking: 5
Rising a spot from No. 5 to No. 4 is Ole Miss, as the Rebels picked up a 27-20 home win over the Arkansas Razorbacks. A game in which the Rebels were actually outscored 13-10 in the second half after carrying a 17-7 lead into halftime, Ole Miss would out-gain Arkansas a combined 349-286 in total yardage, as well as force two turnovers in the contest.
Ole Miss (5-1 overall, 2-1 in SEC) now enters their bye week.
3. Tennessee Volunteers
Previous Ranking: 3
Tennessee remains in the No. 3 spot, as the Volunteers were the third SEC football team that did not play Saturday due to a bye week.
Sitting at 4-1 overall, as well as 1-1 in SEC play, Tennessee will return to action Saturday at home against Texas A&M.
