Jefferson had an up-and-down performance on Saturday as Arkansas fell to Ole Miss 27-20. Jefferson had good numbers (25/39, 250 pass yards, 2 TD’s), but continued to struggle with turnovers as he thew 2 interceptions. On the year, Jefferson has a 67.1% completion percentage (110/164 passing) for 1,300 passing yards, 136 rushing yards, 13 total TD’s (12 passing, 1 rushing), and 6 INT’s.
In the fourth game in a row against a gauntlet of high-level SEC West foes, Jefferson and Arkansas will travel to Tuscaloosa to take on Jalen Milroe and Alabama at Noon Eastern.
1. Jayden Daniels (LSU)

It was another strong performance from Daniels as he continues to put himself squarely in the Heisman discussion and in a firm spot at the top of our Power Rankings. Daniels was fantastic on Saturday as LSU out-scored Missouri 49-39. He went 15/21 passing for 259 passing yards, 130 rushing yards, and 4 total TD’s (3 passing, 1 rushing).
For the year, Daniels has a 72.9% completion percentage (132/181 passing), 1,969 passing yards, 422 rushing yards, 23 total TD’s (19 passing, 4 rushing), and 2 INT’s. This week, LSU hosts Auburn (led by the QB duo of Payton Thorne and Robby Ashford) on Saturday night at 7:00 pm Eastern.
