4. Jaxson Dart (Ole Miss)

Previous Ranking: 4

Ole Miss was our other SEC team on a bye in Week 7, as Dart stays put at 4. For the season, Dart has a 64.1% completion percentage (107/167 passing), 1,638 passing yards, 302 rushing yards, 16 total TD’s (12 passing, 4 rushing), and 2 INT’s.

Ole Miss will have a tough road test in Week 8 as they travel to Jordan-Hare to take on Payton Thorne and Robby Ashford at Auburn at 7:00 pm Eastern.

3. KJ Jefferson (Arkansas)

Previous Ranking: 2

Jefferson had trouble getting it going against a stout Alabama defense in Week 7, and the Razorback offense struggled for much of the game as a whole. They made things interesting late however, before eventually falling 24-21. Jefferson went 14/24 through the air for 150 passing yards, 26 rushing yards, and 2 passing TD’s in the game. For the season, Jefferson has a 66% completion percentage (124/188 passing), 1,450 passing yards, 162 rushing yards, 15 total TD’s (14 passing, 1 rushing), and 6 INT’s.

Jefferson and Arkansas will be looking for a bounce-back on Saturday at Noon Eastern against Mississippi State, led by either Will Rogers or Mike Wright.
