2. Alabama Crimson Tide

Remaining at No. 2 is Alabama, as the Crimson Tide officially clinched the SEC West on Saturday with a 49-21 road win at Kentucky. A game in which Alabama never trailed, the Crimson Tide would hold a 28-7 lead at halftime, and would receive yet another strong game from quarterback Jalen Milroe on their way to out-gaining the Wildcats in total yardage, 444-253.

Now sitting at 9-1 overall, as well as undefeated at 7-0 in SEC play, Alabama will return home this weekend to face Chattanooga.

1. Georgia Bulldogs

Holding the No. 1 ranking once again this week is Georgia, as the Bulldogs remained undefeated with a dominant 52-17 win over Ole Miss to clinch the SEC East. Out-gaining the Rebels in total yardage, 611-352, the Bulldogs would hold a 28-14 lead at halftime, as well as a 24-3 advantage in the second half.

Now sitting at 10-0 overall, as well as 7-0 in SEC play, Georgia will travel to Tennessee this weekend in what is SEC football’s top matchup this Saturday.
