12. Arkansas Razorbacks

Previous Ranking: 12

Remaining at No. 12 as well is Arkansas, who picked up a 44-20 home win over FIU. A game which the Razorbacks actually trailed 13-7 at the end of the first quarter, Arkansas would outscore FIU across the remainder of the game a combined 37-7, and would rack up an impressive 510 yards of total offense, 323 of which came on the ground.

Now sitting at 4-7 overall, as well as 1-6 in SEC play, Arkansas will conclude their 2023 season at home Friday against Missouri.

11. Auburn Tigers

Previous Ranking: 9

Dropping two spots from No. 9 to No. 11 is Auburn, as the Tigers fell at home to New Mexico State by a final score of 31-10 in one of SEC football’s most notable results of the week. A game where the Tigers were out-gained in total yardage, 414-213, Auburn trailed only 10-7 at halftime of the contest, but would be outscored in the second half a combined 21-3 to snap what was previously a three-game winning streak.

Now sitting at 6-5 overall, as well as 3-4 in SEC play, Auburn will host Alabama this weekend for the latest edition of “The Iron Bowl.”
