SEC Football: South Carolina rises, Auburn falls in Week 13 2023 power rankings

2. Alabama Crimson Tide

Staying put at No. 2 this week is Alabama, as the Crimson Tide extended their win streak to nine games with a 66-10 home victory over Chattanooga. A dominant performance from the Crimson Tide, Alabama would out-gain Chattanooga in total yardage, 574-233, with 315 yards coming on the ground, while they also held a commanding 38-7 lead at halftime.

Now sitting at 10-1 overall, as well as undefeated in SEC football play at 7-0 in the conference, Alabama will travel this Saturday to Auburn for the Iron Bowl.

1. Georgia Bulldogs

After remaining unbeaten with an impressive 38-10 road win at Tennessee, Georgia remains in the No. 1 spot. A game in which the Bulldogs held a 24-10 lead at halftime, Georgia shutout the Volunteers in the second half, 14-0, and would also out-gain Tennessee in total yardage for the contest, 472-277.

Now sitting at 11-0 overall, as well as undefeated in SEC play at 8-0, Georgia will travel this week to face in-state rival Georgia Tech.
