SEC Football: Kentucky rises, Arkansas falls in Week 14 2023 power rankings

8. Texas A&M Aggies

Dropping a spot from No. 7 to No. 8 is Texas A&M, who saw their two-game win streak snapped with a 42-30 road loss at LSU. After holding a 17-14 lead at halftime, Texas A&M would be outscored a combined 28-13 in the second half.
Texas A&M officially concludes the regular season at 7-5 overall, as well as 4-4 in SEC play, and will play in a bowl game that is currently TBD.
7. Kentucky Wildcats

The bigger riser of this week’s update was Kentucky up two spots from No. 9 to No. 7, with the Wildcats coming off one of SEC football’s most notable results with a 38-31 road win at Louisville. Despite being out-gained in total yardage, 403-289, the Wildcats would force three turnovers in the contest, as well as outscore Louisville a combined 31-21 in the second half after trailing 10-7 at halftime.
