SEC Football: Kentucky rises, Arkansas falls in Week 14 2023 power rankings

2. Alabama Crimson Tide

Remaining at No. 2 is Alabama, as the Crimson Tide moved their winning streak to 10-straight games with a 27-24 road victory at Auburn in the Iron Bowl. Out-gaining the Tigers in total yardage, 451-337, Alabama would force three turnovers in the contest, and took the lead late in the fourth quarter with a 31-yard touchdown pass from Jalen Milroe to Isaiah Bond with only :32 seconds remaining.

Now sitting at 11-1 overall, as well as undefeated at 8-0 in SEC play, Alabama will face Georgia this weekend in the SEC Championship Game from Atlanta.

1. Georgia Bulldogs

Speaking of the Bulldogs, Georgia remains in the No. 1 spot after picking up yet another win this past weekend by defeating Georgia Tech on the road, 31-23. Carrying a 21-13 lead into halftime, Georgia would out-gain the Yellow Jackets in total yardage, 437-363, with 262 of those yards coming on the ground.

Now sitting at 12-0 overall, as well as undefeated in SEC play at 8-0, Georgia will play Alabama on Saturday in the aforementioned SEC Championship Game.
