WR Ladd McConkey - Top 40 Picks

McConkey went from an unheralded 3* recruit t to one of the SEC's best receivers in his time at Georgia. McConkey went for 58 catches, 762 receiving yards, and 9 total TD's in 2022 before being limited due to back and ankle injuries in 2023.

However, he still put up 478 yards on the year. McConkey shined at the Senior Bowl and could continue to work his way up the boards if he has a strong showing at the Combine.

While he is not the imposing figure (6'0, 185), the household name, or have as dominant of production as the receivers expected to go in the top 15, I would not be surprised at all to see McConkey jump into the back-end of the 1st round.

He is a good route-runner, will probably surprise some people with his 40-time at the combine, and is sure-handed. He was as clutch of a 3rd-down receiver as they come at Georgia. The thing that works against him will be his size.

Across his career at Georgia, McConkey went for 119 catches, 1,687 receiving yards, 216 rushing yards, and 18 total TD's.
