CB Kamari Lassiter - Top 40 Picks
Lassiter was as shut-down of a corner as there was in college football in 2023. He did not give up a touchdown in coverage all season and only allowed a 48.7 passer rating when targeted (according to PFF).
However, there are questions about his turnover production (just 1 college interception) and size (6'0, 180). Exactly how well he tests at the NFL Combine and at Georgia's pro day might determine whether he is a late 1st round pick or one of the top players selected on Day 2.
However, an argument could be made that he was just doing his job in shutting down his half of the field.
