Biggest SEC Football Busts since 2005
Here are some of the biggest busts for each SEC teams since 2005.
Trenton Thompson (Georgia) - Rivals.com ranked Thompson seventh nationally for the 2015 recruiting class. Although Thompson appeared in 28 games during his time with the Bulldogs, he only totaled 127 tackles and 5.5 sacks in three years.
Especially by Georgia standards, this was underwhelming. The former five star would go undrafted in 2018 after leaving school early and would sign with the Cleveland Browns in 2018. The Browns waived Thompson in training camp later on that year.
