Biggest SEC Football Busts since 2005
Here are some of the biggest busts for each SEC teams since 2005.
Shea Patterson (Ole Miss) - The former Hugh Freeze recruit for the Rebels saw his coach depart during his freshman season in Oxford, so arguably never got a fair chance to develop.
After two season with the Rebels, Patterson transferred to the University of Michigan where he started his final two seasons for the Wolverines with a completion percentage of 60% while throwing for 45 touchdowns and 15 interceptions.
Seemingly a modest career, this one probably could have gone a lot better considering Patterson came into Oxford as the IMG Academy product came in as the number one quarterback and number three prospect overall in the 2016 recruiting class according to www.rivals.com
