8. 3B Gage Miller (Alabama)

Arguably the SEC's top newcomer from the JuCo ranks, Miller has been a key addition for the Tide. He is hitting .426 on the year with 5 HR's, two doubles, 18 RBI, and 19 runs scored on the year. He also has a .787 slugging percentage on the year to go along with a .500 OBP (1.287 OPS).

Miller is in the top-15 in the SEC in Average, Slugging, OBP, runs scored, HR, hits, RBI, and total bases. He also ranks second in the conference in hit-by-pitches, as he's already reached via the HBP 7 times this season.

Alabama sits 11-1 on the year, are ranked No. 15 nationally this week, and play Lipscomb this weekend.

7. C/DH Ike Irish (Auburn)

Ike Irish has not only been Auburn's best hitter this season, but one of the best in the SEC as a whole (and has arguably been the conference's best catcher so far). He is currently hitting .370 on the year with a .783 Slugging %, 5 HR's, two doubles, one triple, 16 RBI, and 16 runs scored. He also has a 1.246 OPS on the year.

Auburn currently sits 10-2 on the year, are currently ranked No. 19 in the country, and play Austin Peay this weekend.
