We return with the second addition of my SEC Player of the Year Award Power Rankings. This time it comes as teams are gearing up to enter SEC play, which is when this list will really start to take shape (as everyone's strength of schedule gets tougher and evens out).

As usual, we'll start out with some Honorable Mentions and then take a look at the top 10.

Honorable Mentions=RJ Austin (Vanderbilt), Drew Beam (Tennessee), Dylan Brewer (South Carolina), Fernando Gonzalez (Georgia), Ben Hess (Alabama), Dakota Jordan (Mississippi State), Ryan Prager (Texas A&M), Colby Shelton (Florida), Hagen Smith (Arkansas), Kavares Tears (Tennessee), Tommy White (LSU)

Our list of Honorable Mentions this week looks very similar to last week, except for the additions of Texas A&M pitcher Ryan Prager (who frankly, I should've had on here last week), Mississippi State slugger Dakota Jordan (who is coming off of a monster week (9/13, 4 HR, 2 doubles, 13 RBI, and 4 runs scored across four games on the week)), and Florida's Colby Shelton (who is now tied for 2nd in the SEC in homers).
