Number 18: LSU Tigers
The LSU Tigers have dropped ten spots in this weeks rankings after going 1-3. This makes their overall record 20-9.
Last week, the Tigers beat Southeastern Louisiana in their midweek game, but got swept by Arkansas in a three game series.
Hayden Travinski has been the best overall hitter for LSU this season. Through 29 games played, Travinski has a .313 batting average with eight home runs and 28 runs batted in. He also has an OPS of 1.093, which includes an on-base percentage of .457 and a slugging percentage of .636.
Luke Holman has been one of the best pitchers in all of college baseball this season. Through seven starts, Holman has a 5-1 record with an earned run average of 1.38 in 39 innings pitched and has struck out 61 batters.
This week, LSU will host Southern for a midweek game and host Vanderbilt for a three game series.
