4. QB Julian Sayin (Alabama)

The Tide landed their latest big-time QB signee in the 5-star out of Carlsbad, California in Julian Sayin. While there was angst and late movement elsewhere in the 2024 class at the QB position, Alabama avoided that. Sayin was committed to the Tide for over a year (originally committed in November, 2022) before eventually signing during Early Signing Period without much of any wavering. He was Bama's QB in the class the whole way.

Sayin had a 74.5% completion percentage, 2,347 passing yards, 28 total TD's, and just 1 INT on the season. Sayin ended his three-year career as a starter at Carlsbad HS with 94 total TD's to just 10 INT's. He was also named the MVP of last summer's Elite 11. Sayin ranks as the No. 1 QB, No 1 player in California, and No. 5 overall player in the class. Sayin is one of the top QB's Alabama has signed out of High School, ranking as the third highest rated QB signed by Alabamarailing only Bryce Young and Brodie Croyle.

3. WR Cam Coleman (Auburn)

The No. 2 WR and No. 4 overall player in the class, Cam Coleman highlights an elite receiver class for Hugh Freeze and Auburn (that could get even better). Coleman starred for Central HS in Phenix City, Ala. (just 30 miles from Auburn) as he put up 61 catches, 1,372 receiving yards, and 18 TD's (which included a crucial 73-yard TD in the AHSAA 7A State Championship game as Central-Phenix City took down four-time reigning state champs Thompson) during his senior season.

Coleman has become known for his highlight reel catches, but brings more to the table too in terms of size, speed, and route running. Coleman comes from the same High School as former Clemson star receiver (and current Kansas City Chief) Justyn Ross. Coleman is the second highest rated signee in Auburn history. Coleman is a former Texas A&M commit, flipping from the Aggies to Auburn on December 1st before officially signing three weeks later.
